The apartment
120m2 two-storey apartment on the top floor of a new luxury building in the heart of Saint-Ouen, come and enjoy a wonderful experience!
There are four bedrooms, all with access to a terrace or balcony. On the bottom floor, there's a bathroom with shower and separate toilet, where you'll find the laundry area with washing machine and dryer.
There's a large bedroom with a 160x200 double bed and a large closet, and another bedroom converted into a study with a dedicated workspace. This room has a coffee corner so that even when you're concentrating, you'll have everything you need at your fingertips. There's also a sofa bed that can accommodate 1 or 2 extra people if required. This room also has a closet.
Upstairs, the stairs take you directly into the living area, where the kitchen and lounge welcome you. A beautiful, fully-equipped kitchen with all the utensils and appliances you'll need to cook with ease. A magnificent custom-made table seating 6 will enable you to dine all together. From either side of the kitchen, you can access two different terraces, one of which is furnished with an outdoor table for sharing outdoor meals on fine days.
The lounge area is equipped with two large sofas and a large TV, allowing you to watch either a movie or a game with the whole family!
There are also two bedrooms on this floor, each with its own bathroom, one of which has an indoor WC. The first can be considered a master suite, with a 160x200 double bed and a large closet. The second has been designed to accommodate two children or teenagers, with single 90x200 beds and a small closet. The standard size of the beds in this room can also accommodate two adults. The bathroom in this room has a bathtub.

From Charles de Gaulle (CDG) airport:
Line 14 takes you to Châtelet station, where you can take the RER B to Charles de Gaulle airport. Total travel time is around 40 minutes. By cab, allow 30 min
