Compact accommodation with low ceilings (approx. 2 m). Located at the end of a courtyard, in a quiet environment close to shops and the city center.

The apartment
This 20 m² studio is located right next to a small studio also available for rent. It can accommodate up to 2 travelers, with the possibility of renting both units simultaneously to accommodate up to 4 people.

The kitchen is equipped for everyday needs: small fridge, hob, sink and coffee maker.
The living area includes a sofa, a large TV and a good Wi-Fi connection.

⚠️ Please note: the TV visible in the bedroom area in some photos is not working. Only the TV in the living room is working.

At the rear of the accommodation is a bedroom area with a 140x190 cm bed, with some storage and an en-suite shower room comprising a shower, washbasin and WC.
👉 There are no doors between the living room and the bedroom area: the dwelling is organized in open spaces.

There's no storage space (no closet or coat rack), apart from a small shelf to put a few things on. No mirrors.

A VMC runs continuously (24 hours a day). It can be switched off, but we recommend leaving it on to avoid humidity in this small space. Its operation may be perceptible.

The apartment is compact, with low ceilings (around 2 meters), as is the studio next door.

Located at the end of a courtyard, in a quiet street, the environment is very peaceful, yet close to shops and the town center.

The real asset of the apartment is its ground-floor access to a small private garden, reserved exclusively for the studio (not shared).
A table and two chairs enable you to enjoy this outdoor space whenever the weather permits, which is a real plus for the apartment.

The accommodation is designed to be functional and fast-paced, with few amenities, suitable for short stays and travelers looking for the essentials rather than great comfort.
