Studio with sofa bed, bathroom and kitchenette

Very small, basic 8-9 m² studio, suitable only for short stays. Sofa-bed 140x190 cm with real mattress (double bed), no TV and very low internet speed. Simple kitchenette (fridge, hob, sink, Nespresso coffee machine). Bathroom with shower and WC. No storage space. Continuous ventilation. Located in Asnières-sur-Seine, in a quiet street, at the end of a courtyard, very peaceful environment, close to shops, downtown and within easy reach of the metro.

The apartment
This very small, basic studio apartment (approx. 8-9 m²) is particularly suitable for short stays, for one or two people looking for simple, functional, well-located accommodation with no frills.

The accommodation is equipped with a 140x190 cm sofa bed with a real mattress, providing a double bed.
⚠️ Important to note: once the sofa is open, it takes up almost all the space, making movement around the studio very limited. The apartment is therefore more suitable for travelers who spend most of their time outdoors.
There's no TV or internet connection.
👉 Although a television appears in some photos, it is not in operation.

The bathroom, compact but complete, includes :

The kitchenette can be used to prepare simple meals and is equipped with :
- small refrigerator
- hob
- sink
- nespresso capsule coffee machine

There is no storage space (no closet or coat rack), apart from a small shelf for a few items. No mirrors.

A VMC runs continuously (24 hours a day). It can be switched off, but we recommend leaving it on to avoid humidity in this small space. Its operation may be perceptible.

The real asset of the apartment is its ground-floor access to a small private garden, reserved exclusively for the studio (not shared).
A table and two chairs enable you to enjoy this outdoor space whenever the weather permits, which is a real plus for the apartment.

Also worth noting: a second apartment is located right next door, which can accommodate two additional travelers.
👉 It is therefore possible to rent both units simultaneously for a group of up to 4 people, while maintaining separate sleeping areas.

Maximum capacity: 2 travelers.

Traveler access
The entire studio is accessible by travelers only. No shared space.

Other notes
You have a self-contained arrival with key box.

The apartment has a single new radiator that was installed in January 2026.

The curtain does not cover the entire window to avoid blocking the radiator. Please refer to the photos for the size of the curtain.

Low ceiling height of approx. 2 meters!
